At Green Bio Feeds Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction and animal safety are our top priorities. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before purchasing our products.

1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of animal feed supplements, veterinary products, and liquid formulations, we do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Tampered or partially consumed products

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product leaked or broken upon delivery
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered

All replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Reporting a Replacement Request

To request a replacement, please contact our support team with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product and outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests without proper evidence or raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Process

  • Once the request is received, our team will review the issue.
  • If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.
  • In cases where replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, an alternative solution may be offered at GBF’s discretion.

5. Refund Conditions (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Product unavailable after order confirmation
  • Order cancelled by GBF due to operational reasons

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

GBF is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds or replacements may not be applicable.

7. Policy Abuse or Misuse

GBF reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if:

  • Repeated claims are made without valid reasons
  • Evidence provided is incomplete or misleading
  • Product misuse or incorrect handling is identified

8. Changes to Refund Policy
